We are able to offer multiple types of Service Plans, depending on each customer's needs. The best choice for online customers is our special plan that works like an insurance. For a single annual fee per device, all your service needs are covered. Parts, labor and other expenses associated with equipment service will be supported by us no matter what problem your device encountered.

How does it work?

Please fill in the form on this page. You will receive promptly a price list by email. If you like our offer, we sign a contract for one or two years. After this, your rectifiers are under our protection.

  • Peace of mind. As long as the contract is valid, the rectifiers which are part of it will be protected.

  • Minimal downtime. We guarantee the solving of any technical issues for equipment under contract within 48 hours after receiving the faulty equipment. If we can not solve it in time, you will receive a module of the same type in exchange.

  • Financial savings. As any other electronic equipment, rectifiers may fail in time, mostly because of external factors or physical usage. Repairs can be very expensive, sometimes in the same price range with a new device. An extended warranty package works like insurance.

  • Life extension. All equipment that has been in our service for repairs receives a 12 months warranty.

  • Software and firmware upgrades for all equipment received in our service.
